Cancellation
Policy
At Vista Clinic Australia, every appointment is reserved specifically for you and involves dedicated time with our clinical team. Our policy helps us maintain availability for all patients.
Appointment Holding Fee
To secure your appointment, an Appointment Holding Fee is required. This is held on your Vista Clinic account and may be used towards future appointments. It is separate from your consultation fee.
Required to reserve your appointment time
To cancel or reschedule without fee retention
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 14 days notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Providing sufficient notice allows us to offer your appointment time to another patient.
- Cancellations with 14+ days notice — holding fee retained on account for future use
- Cancellations within 14 days — holding fee retained as cancellation fee
- No-shows — holding fee retained as cancellation fee
- A new holding fee is required to rebook following a late cancellation or missed appointment
Consultation Fees
Your consultation fee is separate from the Appointment Holding Fee.
Initial consultation fees are non-refundable and non-redeemable. In the event of a late cancellation or missed appointment, consultation fees cannot be transferred or refunded.
Changes to your appointment
If you need to make changes to your appointment, please contact the Vista Clinic team as soon as possible. We will always do our best to assist where possible.
Our policies allow us to continue providing a personalised experience for every patient and ensure our clinical team can dedicate the appropriate time and care to each consultation. We appreciate your understanding.
