Cancellation Policy
Your Appointment Commitment
At Vista Clinic Australia, every appointment is reserved specifically for you and involves dedicated time with our clinical team.
We understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation policy helps us maintain availability for all patients while ensuring each appointment receives the time, care and attention required.
Appointment Holding Fee
To secure your appointment, an Appointment Holding Fee of $75 is required.
The Appointment Holding Fee:
-
Reserves your appointment time
-
Is held on your Vista Clinic account
-
May be used towards future appointments
The Appointment Holding Fee is separate from your consultation fee.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We kindly request at least:
14 days notice
if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Providing sufficient notice allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient.
Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments
If an appointment is cancelled within 14 days of your scheduled appointment time, or if you do not attend your appointment:
The Appointment Holding Fee of $75 will be retained as the cancellation fee.
If you wish to book another appointment following a late cancellation or missed appointment, a new Appointment Holding Fee will be required.
Consultation Fees
Your consultation fee is separate from the Appointment Holding Fee.
Initial consultation fees are:
-
Non-refundable
-
Non-redeemable
In the event of a late cancellation or missed appointment, consultation fees cannot be transferred or refunded.
Changes To Your Appointment
If you need to make changes to your appointment, please contact the Vista Clinic team as soon as possible.
We will always do our best to assist where possible.
Thank You For Your Understanding
Our policies allow us to continue providing a personalised experience for every patient and ensure our clinical team can dedicate the appropriate time and care to each consultation.
