Refund policy

FAULTY PRODUCT

 

In the event that you receive a product that is in some way defective, please contact our Customer Service team to arrange a replacement or refund. 

 

CHANGE OF MIND

 

If you change your mind about your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot issue a change of mind refund for any goods due to the nature of the products for the individual care use. 

 

We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. Vista Clinic Australia Pty Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

GUIDE TO RETURNING PRODUCTS

  • All items must be received by us in the same condition as you received them, so please pack up any returned items carefully to ensure that they arrive safely.
  • Complete a return form.
  • Email your completed returns form to vistaclinicau@gmail.com and we will issue you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and full instructions from customer service on how to return your Skin product(s).
  • Once we receive your returned product(s), we will issue your replacement products or refund within 3-5 business days.

Prepaid treatments (packages)


If you pre-pay for treatments you will save an amount according to the pre-payment schedule.

There is no refund on pre-pays and they are not transferable to other individuals. If therapist recommends - you can transfer to another skin treatment. Non medical beauty packages can't be transfered to medical (doctor only) treatments.  

Pre-pays have a 1-year expiry from date of purchase.

24 hours’ notice is required for LED pre-paid appointment cancellations and 2 weeks for full therapist treatment. If you cancel a pre-paid appointment outside the window  - late cancelation fee will be charged. If do not attend the appointment - the treatment will be forfeited.

You agree to these terms by purchasing pre-paid treatments.

Deposits that go towards treatments and are non-refundable. Refunds will be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
