DISPATCH TIMES INFORMATION

We offer weekly dispatch on orders.

Due to unique nature of the skin care with minimum harmful chemicals used – we produce small amounts regularly and some medical ingredients are subject to availability.

If you don’t feel comfortable to wait for the order to be dispatched/produced– we will refund your payment fully (please allow few days for bank processing). Once the order is dispatched – no refunds can be issued.

(Excludes public holidays and times of incredibly high demand. During these times it may take up to 48 hours for our warehouse team to dispatch your order)

We will do our best to keep you in the loop and to ensure your order gets to you as quickly and safely as possible. We are still sending internationally, but orders can take up to four weeks to arrive, depending on the location.

All regular and express parcels are sent as Authority to Leave parcels so that no signature is required. Authority to Leave means – the courier will leave your parcel with you at home if it’s safe to do so, without calling a mobile/knocking on the door.
