advice

Common reactions include redness, tightness or dryness, mild swelling, flaking or peeling, temporary sensitivity, warmth in the skin, and mild itching during healing.

First 24 Hours

Avoid touching or picking the skin, exercise or sweating, excessive heat, saunas, steam rooms, hot showers, makeup unless advised, and active skincare including retinoids, AHAs and BHAs.

Days 2–5

Keep the skin hydrated, avoid exfoliating products, avoid picking or peeling the skin manually, wear SPF 50+ daily, and avoid direct sun exposure.

Week 1–2

Avoid aggressive skin treatments, waxing, laser treatments, chemical exfoliation, and excessive sun exposure until fully healed.

Please contact the clinic promptly if you experience increasing pain, excessive swelling, blistering, persistent redness, signs of infection, or any symptoms causing concern.
