These reactions are expected and generally improve over 1 to 3 weeks.
First 24–72 Hours
Avoid touching or massaging the treated area, strenuous exercise, alcohol, excessive heat, saunas, steam rooms, and hot showers over the area.
Days 3–14
Swelling and firmness gradually reduce. Continue gentle skincare and SPF 50+, stay hydrated, and avoid aggressive treatments over the area.
Weeks 2–12
Fat reduction continues as the body processes treated cells. Final results are typically visible at 6 to 12 weeks.
